GRAVITY — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gravity, we want you to love the fragrance you wear. If the perfume is not according to your preference, we offer a simple and convenient exchange process.


Exchange Period

You have 14 days (two weeks) after receiving your order to request an exchange.


Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange:

• The perfume should not be used more than 5 ml.

• The bottle should be in good condition.

• The box should not be damaged.


No Money-Back Policy

Gravity does not offer a money-back guarantee. If the fragrance does not match your preference, you can exchange it for another fragrance from our collection.


How the Exchange Works

• Contact our team through WhatsApp or email.

• Our team will assist you in choosing the best fragrance from our collection according to your preferences.

• Once the new fragrance is selected, we will arrange the exchange.


Doorstep Exchange Service

You do not have to visit any courier office. A rider from the courier service will come to your doorstep, collect the previous perfume, and deliver your new exchanged perfume.


No Additional Charges

You do not have to pay any extra charges for the exchange or replacement process.
